Russian generals are known for being tyrannical, iron-fisted, savvy and yes, even a little sociopathic— traits shared by some CEOs, politicians and actors. Those in power often abuse it and often do what they can to stay in power.

Steve Jobs was a tyrant. He was brilliant. He was flawed. And his genius turned Apple into the most successful corporation in history. Had he been a Russian general, there might still be a Soviet Union.

But he might never have achieved autocratic rule had he shared ranks with General Eastwood.
